第一个是第二个的1.6倍，这是10 bit导致的还是内封字幕导致的？

用MediaInfo看一下就知道了，是视频内容的体积占大头，内封字幕没什么影响。
10bit hevc 内封字幕 mkv版视频流的体积683 MiB (97%)，至于为什么会这么大，等一个大佬来讲解

编码参数都不一样不正常吗 AVC crf都给到22了 体积小不正常吗 而且一个码率2000+一个4000+
而且b_adapt=1怎么说呢 b_adapt少于2 基本就别收了

都不是，LoliHouse是压制组，优先考虑的是画质而不是体积，比内嵌大是常态。
另外这番有特殊风格的水彩画风，保留了相对程度的噪点，体积又比一般要大。
做个不恰当的类比，你怎么不问问都是BDRip，

一集23:40的番，CR源体积1.3-1.4G左右。L屋压到这个体积是为了保留更多细节(见上方)。
